The Directors were confirmed by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held September 29, 2006 as follows: Brian Kirwin, Giulio Bonifacio, Foster Wilson and Greg Andrews. The Officers are as follows: Brian Kirwin, Non-Executive Chairman; Foster Wilson, President & Chief Executive Officer; Lisa Ng, Chief Financial Officer; Greg French, Vice President, Exploration. Mesa is proud to have this highly qualified and experienced management team as it works towards unlocking the proven uranium potential of the Lisbon Valley Mining District.

Mesa Uranium Corp. is a Canadian exploration company actively exploring for uranium on the 100% owned Lisbon Valley Project in the historic Lisbon Valley Mining District in Southeastern Utah. Over 85 million pounds of uranium were produced in the Lisbon Valley Mining District. The Lisbon Valley Project covers 27 square miles (7,000 hectares) of uranium claims prospective for the discovery of major uranium deposits.
