| | September 20, 2006 Mesa Retains Longview Strategies To Provide Investor Relations

| | September 20, 2006 -- Mesa Uranium Corp. (TSX: MZU ) ("Mesa") is pleased to announce that it has retained Longview Strategies Incorporated ("Longview"), a Vancouver-based firm with a focus on natural resources to provide Mesa with investor relation services.
Longview Strategies is a merchant bank listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V: LV). Longview Strategies provides comprehensive corporate finance and investor relations services, and will assist Mesa in fostering productive, continuing dialogues with analysts, brokers, potential investors, current shareholders and other financial professionals.
The investor relations agreement with Longview shall have a term ending on September 1, 2007, renewable at the option of the parties. As consideration, Longview will receive $6,000 per month. The agreement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
